August 22. 2013. When one of my co-workers looked across the circle of people and said "There's gonna be another civil war, and it's gonna be between the blacks and the mexicans".

2018-04-22 15:31:54 UTC

I went straight home after work and wrote that

2018-04-22 15:38:54 UTC

I dunno, I feel like you're, in a really roundabout way, being too optimistic about the solidarity of the Republican and Democratic parties. I'd bet anything that the vast majority of people vote apathetically along party lines, and even among the politically active there are splits within both camps

2018-04-22 15:39:45 UTC

If you were going to get balkanization within the US I think it would look more like the States do now, rather than an even Union/Confederate type split

2018-04-22 15:40:17 UTC

That was also 5 years ago when both parties were really united. The democrats had found a strong unity behind the Messiah Barack Obama, and the Republicans were really united on the fact that he had to go. In 2015 both parties absolutely splintered

2018-04-22 15:41:16 UTC

I'd argue that it was more splintered already, it just got downplayed

2018-04-22 15:41:49 UTC

Just like how there's a large segment of Trump voters who just didn't want Hillary, but people like to ignore that on both sides

2018-04-22 15:42:11 UTC

Inconvenient to too many narratives

2018-04-22 15:45:17 UTC

Even now I bet a good chunk of Republicans still hate Trump but "support" him because they want to get policies through. There were probably a lot of Dems who just wanted the ACA or to shut down Gitmo, and were unhappy with the policy of expanding state surveillance and destabilizing nations

2018-04-22 16:02:14 UTC

There were a lot of dems who put their fingers in their ears when Expanding state surveillance and destabilizing nations were talked about

2018-04-22 16:11:12 UTC

To not be unshakable about European unity would just be foolish lol. You don't even habe to be a Neuro to realize that unity is good for Europeans.

2018-04-22 16:13:26 UTC

What about Iceland, Poland, japan and many others? Theyre not facist. I dont see why people believe that ethni states require fascism. It just requires thst2the people have a government that represents them.

2018-04-22 16:19:26 UTC

What's good for people and what will actually happen are two different things. This is also the problem commies run into

2018-04-22 16:19:43 UTC

Also Japan is being forced to consider immigration because their birth rate is shit

2018-04-22 16:21:08 UTC

Poland has a similar problem. Their birth rate and death rate aren't terribly dissimilar, with their death rate being higher multiple years in a row

2018-04-22 16:21:50 UTC

Hardly reasons to force "diverity" on people who don't accept it.

2018-04-22 16:22:33 UTC

Are you arguing against me or Marxists again? I'm not for forced association

2018-04-22 16:28:36 UTC

Further, thought experiment: you're living in a nice huwaito country, among people who believe the same shit as you and hold the same values. Your birth rate is hilariously low due to a mix of the usual sort of social and economic factors, however group Y are banding together and supporting each other, and making use of aspects of your system to produce living situations that are more viable for their group to survive, and in some cases are considered repugnant (but not illegal) to your group. They are also white. You know they want to replace your cultural values with their own. Do you A: Accept the destruction of your culture in the presence of an adaptively superior, if morally devoid, other? Or do you B: import nonwhites who ultimately share your core cultural values, even if they might have different practices on top of that

2018-04-22 17:00:29 UTC

Tbh i don't care so much for an ethnostate. All I would like is for us to have a hightened sense of kinship. So my goals are more cultural than political.

2018-04-22 17:01:09 UTC

I was only commenting about ethnistates cuz someone else keeps bringing it up.

2018-04-22 17:03:24 UTC

I think when i said I was a white nationalist it was percieved wrongly and I probably should use a different term.

2018-04-22 17:13:38 UTC

...but to comment on ethnostates, it seems i disagree with a lot of opinions here. It just seems to me that the existing ethnostates function just fine, yet the idea still gets flak. I even would say that America was (my ideal ) ethnostate up to 1970 ish and it was highly successful. Not to say that today's America isn't.

2018-04-22 17:16:21 UTC

Well the thought experiment needn't be an ethnostate. It's a basic premise about valuation between racial and cultural majority. Also Japan clearly is not functioning just fine, and Poland is potentially in the same boat. Iceland just isn't scalable, and is primarily one ethnicity, not simply one race. All three countries have low birth rates, with only Iceland's severe drop in death rates keeping their numbers up

2018-04-22 17:31:20 UTC

Also is Dank Brigade still up? It seems to have dropped off of my discord list somehow

2018-04-22 17:34:03 UTC

Oh apparently it died. RIP

2018-04-22 17:38:19 UTC

As a European American, I feel we just don't have anything that really brings us together in some aspects that others might have. We don't really celebrate our own culture and are far more disconnected and even content with that than others. Nothing wrong with that either way, just a thought.

2018-04-22 17:38:23 UTC

Thankfully it was replaced so I can keep getting my fix of haggisposting

2018-04-22 17:39:16 UTC

I think that's because you're dealing with multiple cultures, not one, on top of the fact that the west's cultural values are weakening

2018-04-22 17:39:37 UTC

@J Edgar, 1965 marked the creation of thr Hart-Celler Act. It opened immigration up to non European countries.

2018-04-22 17:40:05 UTC

His point was that there were non Europeans in America already

2018-04-22 17:49:29 UTC

Wait that makes no sense imagration was open to non Europeans at the conception of Ellis and Angel island

2018-04-22 19:08:21 UTC

There were quatas up to 65 that ensured America's majority stock came from Europe. Of course there were non Europeans, but we limited them to maintain majority

2018-04-22 19:08:40 UTC

Just go read about the celler Act

2018-04-22 23:09:12 UTC

is the dude caught yet?

2018-04-23 04:34:10 UTC

Say what are you talking about our leftwing troll here

2018-04-25 04:39:38 UTC

So I rang out a customer today at work and his daughter came up to the counter with her own stuff that she was going to pay for and the girl couldn't speak a word of English yet her father was fluent with no accent what so ever. I had to have him tell her to wait in Spanish so I could finish out his ticket

2018-04-25 04:49:33 UTC

I've had that kind of shit happen before

2018-04-25 04:50:05 UTC

There's a pizza place owned by an East Indian family. There's an older dude there that speaks English and a younger woman who doesn't. Both answer the phone

2018-04-25 04:54:09 UTC

Well what annoys me is that this girl is young and they don't teacher her any English which will make her life much harder and later

2018-04-25 04:54:26 UTC

Later on
