@grant Europeans do not kill each other anymore because for centuries we had divine law and the idea that damn near any crime committed ended up putting you in the noose, guillotine or any other medieval death device. And we went through the largest wars back to back from the 30 years war to two World Wars back to back. Europeans that had the genetic warrior genes and low impulse control leading to the propensity to be more bviolent AND to act on that violence, we eugenically purged from our gene pool.
