Lol. No. The biological basis for culture comes from the fact that we are social creatures that live in hierarchal society structures. The way culture affects race is based on what the pre-dominant cultures status symbols or for an extended period of time, say physical strength or mental prowess. When a child of the next generation is born, but is adopted by someone from a different culture that child will grow up in exhibit that culture that he was adopted in. Value systems, art, food, whatever are not carried over by dna.
