Is Ellison Muslim brotherhood? I often assume Nation of Islam with american blacks that are islamic.

I'm in one of the few super-liberal parts of NC, so I don't know how useful my votes are for the more local positions, but there are six state constitutional amendments on the ballot, so those I can affect at least.

voter ID law is one of them

all votes are useful as you are then counted as opposition to those who won if your pick didn't win

it was a bit disconcerting that I didn't need to show ID..all I had to do was give my address and name...

anyone could have voted for me..and the only way to tell was the signature I had to give

Dont' worry about voter ID. Journalists can't even figure out how to vote in their state

Yeah, that's the big thing I don't get about the voter ID controversy. If I have a friend who I know isn't planning on voting, I could, if I were the sort to do it, vote once as myself and then again somewhere else as him as long as I know his address
