What might help is to set an alarm on your phone for a designated time everyday to dedicate to that task. Let the alarm serve as a constant reminder to build a good habit

I'm planning on running on either Sunday or Monday. If I do it Saturday I'll either have to miss Remembrance Day services for HEMA or not go this week. Plus running before HEMA is leg murder

I'm not following the convo very well but if anyone is looking for a diet, i've been doing keto and i've lost 45 pounds eating bacon, cheese and steaks.. it sounds insane but it works

very true, but I tried calorie restriction multiple times and while I still got to eat whatever I wanted in moderation I was still hungry AF all of the time. The keto does something weird where i'm never really hungry

It’s ok for a little while. Then you have to have a balanced diet. The only thing consistent about losing weight is reducing calorie intake. A calorie is a calorie is a calorie. This is true because you body uses cellular respiration for all energy production.
