I'm not following the convo very well but if anyone is looking for a diet, i've been doing keto and i've lost 45 pounds eating bacon, cheese and steaks.. it sounds insane but it works

very true, but I tried calorie restriction multiple times and while I still got to eat whatever I wanted in moderation I was still hungry AF all of the time. The keto does something weird where i'm never really hungry

I experimented with zero card / meat only diet but that was just way too boring

it did however greatly simplify my life
