I'm just saying it's arbitrary as fuck. I would assume Fascist Italy would be included, but they had been pursuing policies of privatization and tax reduction. Was it only when they intervened *too* much, got *too* protectionist, that they became bad? This is in the wake of the US already back stepping on its promises, with some of those decisions lasting decades
