Do you have time for that? I've been dealing with him and 100s+ of his fans for the nonsense he has engaged in for a long while... So i'm not sure i even care, but i don't mind talking.
And i would define "fine", as being stable enough for the foreseeable future (while we are never perfect), him flying off the handle not likely being an outcome. People don't change that fast, and i want him off the internet to he can get better help, as his fan club only makes his mental stability worst, by just agreeing with him and his foolishness all the time. But that's just me.

If that's your perception I'm not sure I can help. He just seems like a guy going through a big change in his life, reacting to a lot of betrayals and uncertainty. I would have to know what specific things you are referring to. If it's the moon landing stuff, I know a lot of very intelligent and rational people who doubt the truth of that subject.
