@SpanishAbbey I wouldn't say all single mothers are at fault for their situation, but it can be argued that certain choices and attributes of men, will reduce the risk of it happening. I think when people make generalizations like that, they are speaking the flagrant disregard of some women in having unprotected sex with "player" types.
