Yeah I don't know that I'd suggest subjecting yourself to a 9-5, though there's that fine line between taking it easy and taking your time to make any sort of progress

@Mystic axe go in the off hours channel

2019-04-04 02:37:28 UTC

2019-04-04 02:51:31 UTC

2019-04-04 17:57:55 UTC

So there is a religious protest going on in the middle of campus today. (pics in picture room) and a bunch of students have gathered around. Occasionally a couple guys go out in the middle and kiss and then people cheer but seems pretty tame

2019-04-04 18:21:04 UTC

Lol, I don't get the kissing counter protest. Who cares

2019-04-04 18:24:47 UTC

How many protesters are there?

2019-04-04 18:25:05 UTC

I only see maybe 3 actual sign holders

2019-04-04 18:28:10 UTC

it's like the slut walks and topless protests, no one gives a shit
feminists always have the worst tits...maybe that's why they're feminists (except Laci)

2019-04-04 18:28:38 UTC

hmm that's why she started to question things

2019-04-04 18:37:41 UTC

🤔

2019-04-04 18:37:48 UTC

You might be on to something

2019-04-04 20:58:33 UTC

Good tits are alt right confirmed?

2019-04-04 21:00:36 UTC

i like pretty titties does that make me a nazi

2019-04-04 21:11:15 UTC

No, that makes you a normal human male.
The reason you are a Nazi is because you disagree with them!

2019-04-04 21:19:26 UTC

sounds like i need to consume more soy

2019-04-05 01:53:06 UTC

I drank coffee with soy milk once. It had no effect, I'm so masculine đź’Ş

2019-04-05 02:47:14 UTC

Don't you know, if you think something has no effect on you. It just means it has an even greater effect on you!

2019-04-05 03:12:57 UTC

Almond milk is where its at if you want to cut calories.

2019-04-05 04:49:29 UTC

Soy is a crime against God, nature, and science.

2019-04-05 04:50:58 UTC

Soy based plastics are useful.

2019-04-05 04:59:32 UTC

I don't think we know of Soy is really a problem yet. At least i've not seen enough evidence to say so yet.

2019-04-05 12:55:22 UTC

It's currently causing considerable deforestation in South America

2019-04-05 12:59:56 UTC

Is it a 'king cotton' sort of situation, where where they are bulldozing what is there to grow soy because they know it will make money?

2019-04-05 13:11:11 UTC

basically yes

2019-04-05 13:11:34 UTC

Soyboys are actually destroying the environment

2019-04-05 13:12:26 UTC

And, you know, the whole "eating too much soy causes increased estrogen in men" thing

2019-04-05 13:13:11 UTC

if someone wants to fuck up their own life that's really up to them. All I can do is make fun of them for it

2019-04-05 13:13:43 UTC

but this now extends to shit I will never be able to see because of soy imports

2019-04-05 13:19:21 UTC

Deforestation is a 3rd world problem. It ceases to happen when the economy lifts up because less people are reliant on subsistence farming. That’s one of the reasons why I agree with a lot of Bjorne lomborg’s approach.

2019-04-05 13:37:48 UTC

Soy is full of plant estrogens. Until recently, it was assumed this would raise human estrogen levels and thus make soyboys. However, it's been shown that it does not but its still fun as hell too call them that

2019-04-05 13:39:24 UTC

Yeah. I agree. It’s just a funny association.

2019-04-05 13:39:36 UTC

Most diet studies are garbage anyways

2019-04-05 13:40:02 UTC

We don’t have the proper information on how to evaluate diet effectively yet.

2019-04-05 13:40:39 UTC
2019-04-05 13:41:56 UTC

There are really just 2 rules of thumb we can follow for diets:
1. Don’t eat too much food
2. Eat each food group in moderation

A third rule is to exercise

2019-04-05 13:56:53 UTC

Exactly

2019-04-05 13:58:09 UTC

@SpanishAbbey yeah. It drives me crazy that people don’t get that. I see people all the time claim dietary knowledge that’s not definitively proven.

2019-04-05 14:01:31 UTC

Tell me about it

2019-04-05 16:31:01 UTC

My opinion on dietary knowledge can be summed up by the Lewis Black bit about milk.
