So when Democrats say Easter worshippers in regards to Sri Lanka who exactly are they referring to? Pretty sure Easter is a Pagan holiday, no matter how much Christians try to make it about Christ.
Pretty sure the vast majority of people who celebrate Easter are Christians. That's like saying beer is culturally associated with Iraqis because that's where it was first developed

Any collective that's been culturally "dominant" in recent human history is bad and doesn't deserve sympathy in their eyes, I guess. Whites, men, Christians, etc
If I wanted to analyse this in good faith, "Easter worshippers" sounds like it's trying to be *inclusive* and mean "all the folks taking part in Easter festivities", but it seems to me like a clearly Christian-focused holiday and the attack therefore seems to be targeting Christians and that's how I'd report it.
That, or anyone who might happen to be non-christian and is spending the holiday with their Christian family/friends. Even if I assume that much, it seems awfully pedantic and ignores the core of the issue
My point was that Easter isn't really worshipped by Christian's. Sure Easter has been co-opted to worship Christ, but it's not actually Easter worshipping.
