I've thought the same thing. There's got to be some level of racism to think that whites have managed to oppress literally every black person ever. Doesn't that itself imply whites are somehow better at the oppression game?

On Blonde's note, I have never met a black female coder, though the company I work at currently has three black male coders and one Russian female coder, then rest are split evenly between white and Asian men.
forcing diversity is a pointless effort. the people will either be miserable or not be the best candidate. let people go where they want to and they should fall where they deserve to be in the pecking order as far as skill and experience.
