Regulation is what's caused our high healthcare costs.

A large majority of healthcare related expenses from a provider end is just being compliant and filling paperwork, and we can't import cheap drugs from other nations.

Sounds cool but I don't know enough about MC to appreciate it. I have the ps3 and ps4 edition (and apparently a demo edition set to expire soon lol). Not sure what the console versions captured as far as features, or how much it subtracted. I do know the ps3 edition had you on a small island
