Out with it, Jon, ¿what are you hiding?

2019-07-03 16:53:34 UTC

To be honest, I stopped watching when he called Shapiro's pro-lifery "state forced pregnancy" i thought that was the most moronic straw man I've ever heard. So I stopped watching

2019-07-03 16:53:56 UTC

to quite millennials "I couldn't even"

2019-07-03 16:53:58 UTC

Yeah. The first few seconds of the argument I heard was basically ‘people die , therefore murder is ok’

2019-07-03 16:54:13 UTC

@Salacious Swanky Cat seems rather reductive

2019-07-03 16:54:17 UTC

your comment

2019-07-03 16:54:25 UTC

It’s not wrong though

2019-07-03 16:54:33 UTC

That’s how it’s framed.

2019-07-03 16:54:34 UTC

Any time fertility clinics get brought up it really just begs the question on the operations of a fertility clinic.

2019-07-03 16:55:54 UTC

It doesn’t defend abortion at all.

2019-07-03 16:56:44 UTC

His argument there is basically people get murdered there so why not here.

2019-07-03 16:57:41 UTC

My question is what is the diff between CONCEPTION and IMPLANTATION

2019-07-03 16:57:58 UTC

online, i find them to be synonyms but I don't think that's true

2019-07-03 16:59:04 UTC

because it takes 5-10 days for the sperm to fully implant so, in keeping with mantra "life begins at conception" is conception the instant the sperm hits the egg? or after that 5-10 day period?

2019-07-03 16:59:11 UTC

Life begins at conception, it doesn’t matter if it’s natural or artificial insemination

2019-07-03 16:59:42 UTC

When the sperm enters.

2019-07-03 17:01:09 UTC

hmm

2019-07-03 17:02:19 UTC

so you're saying (not like Cathy Newman) that implantation and conception are indeed synonyms?

2019-07-03 17:03:53 UTC

Ok Jon. I'll skip the 6 minutes.
Thank you for being *honest* about it.

2019-07-03 17:03:53 UTC

The sperm getting inside of the egg is conception. So I guess so.

2019-07-03 17:04:14 UTC

do you have children?

2019-07-03 17:05:47 UTC

No.

2019-07-03 17:10:32 UTC

I have a 4 month old so I've recently gone through this and that's why I'm more interested and subsequently more confused

2019-07-03 17:13:06 UTC

Fertility treatment?

2019-07-03 17:13:22 UTC

the old fashioned way 😎

2019-07-03 17:13:34 UTC

well done

2019-07-03 17:13:38 UTC

Oh. Ok. Cool

2019-07-03 17:14:06 UTC

Obviously the goal behind fertility treatment is the polar opposite of abortion

2019-07-03 17:14:23 UTC

but I live in CA so dealing with doctors and insurance is annoying, they assert that you're not pregnant until a time that the doctor says "okay you're pregnant" which sucks morally and financially

2019-07-03 17:14:35 UTC

I think the process should be made more effective and efficient so other children won’t die.

2019-07-03 17:14:58 UTC

That’s ridiculous. Screw California

2019-07-03 17:15:01 UTC

i know

2019-07-03 17:15:05 UTC

I"m trying to move

2019-07-03 17:15:12 UTC

I've already talked about this on this thread tho

2019-07-03 17:15:22 UTC

Most of the way through the video. I have thoughts.

2019-07-03 17:15:26 UTC

Move to Alabama

2019-07-03 17:15:30 UTC

hmm

2019-07-03 17:15:36 UTC
