The manager of the Red Robin asked the cop and wife to leave because his presence was making the other guests uncomfortable. The cop and his wife left.

So I just watched Matt's latest video about the student who allegedly made a noose out of a rope and left it on a college elevator. It got me thinking about transgenderism and crime. I always wondered what would happen if somebody committed a crime but they were transgender and if the cops got fingerprints or DNA from the crime scene but the fingerprints and DNA said that the sex of the person was male but when they go find that person that person says "I'm not a male I'm a female." I wonder what that would do to the court case...
