Or Jewi errrrrr I mean Marxist errrrr I mean progressive
So I just watched Matt's latest video about the student who allegedly made a noose out of a rope and left it on a college elevator. It got me thinking about transgenderism and crime. I always wondered what would happen if somebody committed a crime but they were transgender and if the cops got fingerprints or DNA from the crime scene but the fingerprints and DNA said that the sex of the person was male but when they go find that person that person says "I'm not a male I'm a female." I wonder what that would do to the court case...
depends on where it happened
because regardless of the jury's decision some district judge in Hawaii would issue a nationwide injunction or some shit
That doesn't make any sense
Can you elaborate? Cuz I think i'm missing context or something
It may not really do anything until they're trying to decide which prison to send them to
In a legal sense, anyway
I'm sure a judge's/jury's sympathies may be affected an unquantifiable amount
I mean the defense lawyer might try and say that this person isnt the same person that committed the crime?
That's one hell of a stretch
The DNA would match that particular person, doesn't really matter what the particulars are
Do you honestly think Jessica Yaniv wouldn't try this?
In clown world, anything's possible
You always speak in riddles....
I'm just very uncertain and dodgy
DOOOOODGE
I get that reference but don't know how to follow it up
My god. Theres 2 hairless apes on my front porch. I'm not sleeping tonight, no way.
Just put the trannies in solitary confinement if they commit a crime. No need to worry about what prison they go to then. Problem solved
Voice chat voice chat the game is down to voice chat have you brought this chicken for us to know eat
that sounds like rap lyrics
Its rebecca black bad lip reading
I'm going to take my family on a tour of interesting historical things along the Eastern US next year. I've got Independence Hall in Philadelphia, the NYC ground zero memorial and Niagara Falls. Charleston SC has some attractions too but I don't have any particular destination planned there. Anything else I ought to add to the list?
there's lots of cool stuff in DC as well I can recommend
Aerospace museum, Spy Museum, Smithsonian to name a few
Monticello and Mount Vernon are also in that area
Cool. I might go there then. I've heard the crime rate is quite high there, though. Anything to be worried about as a tourist?
Probably gonna go to the crystal cave in Ohio too, depending on how quickly we can move and how much time I can get off
If possible get like an Airbnb in virginia and take the metro in and out
the traffic is awful but the metro will keep you mostly out of the rough neck of the woods, and out of spending an hour looking for a parking spot that'll cost you $30
As long as you're in the general vicinity of the capitol, it's not bad
Yeah, I'm aware of the traffic unfortunately. I'm an OTR truck driver
That's actually why I didn't initially think about adding DC to our stops but if there's something worth seeing there I wouldn't mind going
Oh shit Rubin got Tulsi Gabord on his show
Its cause either....she is really anti-war. Seems reasonable and not insane compared to the rest of the field
It helps that she's foxy.
Foreign policy, talking about how big tech controls us
Still a gun-grabbing socialist, but can strike the right chord
She does have that likeablity and was on Rogan which I think did her a lot of good
