I don't think it was that bad either. I don't know how much JP knows on the topic of Jewish revolutionaries, their influence on this specific revolution, etc. I'm sure he could've done some speculative psychoanalysis about the Jewish revolutionary spirit, but this is a third rail issue (whether it should be or not).
