All of a sudden, society is telling women that its wrong and undesired for women to behave in a way that biology intended us to. Our very nature isnt being nurtured anymore and then they wonder why women are unhappy and have problems finding meaningfulness in their lives

2019-10-02 17:32:19 UTC

So they chase that instant gratification

2019-10-02 17:32:25 UTC

In order to fill that void

2019-10-02 17:32:49 UTC

Which ofc can be applied to men as well

2019-10-02 17:34:08 UTC

That's pretty much my argument. There are different callings for men and women. They aren't hard and fast rules, but in general men are happy being able to do some level of physical work and demonstrate competence and success. Women in general are more happy orienting themselves in to a role of caregiving, nurturing of young, etc. Men and women are not the same, and while as human being each of us are capable of whatever it is we make our goal (to a degree) we are each better adept at certain things.

I have a friend who have the same problem. Although he doesnt want kids, its impossible for him to find any sort of meaningful relationship because all women in our age only wants to get drunk at bars and have casual sex.
He doesnt drink nor engage in that

2019-10-02 17:35:11 UTC

I only just realized a little while ago that none of the women I know actually want to ever have kids and it was a bit of a blackpill

2019-10-02 17:35:17 UTC

What age group are we talking about? Am I the old fox in this chat too? I'm 35.

2019-10-02 17:35:35 UTC

@Gunner Fox im 27, my friend is 30

2019-10-02 17:35:42 UTC

GAH I'M OOOOOOLD

2019-10-02 17:35:44 UTC

Lmao

2019-10-02 17:36:44 UTC

Women are more oriented toward organized religion than men? Or? hm that's interesting.

2019-10-02 17:38:11 UTC

Makes sense in a way. Considering women are more oriented into being led than being actual leaders generally.
Religion is a form of leadership

2019-10-02 17:38:20 UTC

Interesting... I wonder what their criteria for "religion" is though. I mean, women in general are more interested in people than they are in things, which is the opposite case for men.

2019-10-02 17:38:37 UTC

So socializing in church is going to be more appealing to women also than it is for men.

2019-10-02 17:39:29 UTC

I wonder if the more succinct question should be "is a relationship with a trancendant deity very important in your life?"

2019-10-02 17:39:54 UTC

Or in the Christian case, How important is _God_ in your life.

2019-10-02 17:40:09 UTC

Probably. Also because religious societies (atleast christian ones) are very engaged and nurturing within their own communities. Does that make sense to you guys?

2019-10-02 17:40:11 UTC

"Religion" is somewhat of a nebulous term.

2019-10-02 17:43:13 UTC

They seem to be more attracted to the more heavily orthodox ones though.

2019-10-02 17:45:34 UTC

On a different but related note, our Beanie Man Tim is releasing a lot videos expressing his desire for a trad wife

2019-10-02 17:45:43 UTC

Like 3 videos in 24 hours now

2019-10-02 17:46:58 UTC

Tim Pool?

2019-10-02 17:47:22 UTC

Is that a beanie or did he sculpt his hair permently in to a woolcap?

2019-10-02 17:47:47 UTC

Also... why do people do that? I can't wear a winter beanie when it's warm.

2019-10-02 17:47:56 UTC

Maybe he's _super_ bald.

2019-10-02 17:47:57 UTC

skaters do it somehow

2019-10-02 17:48:01 UTC

he is super bald

2019-10-02 17:48:11 UTC

That helps explain it.

2019-10-02 17:48:26 UTC

I have 2 feet of hair so no way I can do that.

2019-10-02 17:48:32 UTC

Yeah Tim Pool

2019-10-02 17:48:41 UTC

And yes, he has a huge bald spot

2019-10-02 17:48:57 UTC

^

2019-10-02 17:49:02 UTC

All he needs is a razor shave above and behind his ears but he'd rather wear a wool beanie.

2019-10-02 17:49:13 UTC

We discussed this what? Yesterday or the day before?

2019-10-02 17:49:26 UTC

We have this discussion every day

2019-10-02 17:49:28 UTC

my cousin wears a beanie 24/7 because he has something I think it's called juvenile alopecia, full body hair loss, so that's one reason people do it I guess lol

2019-10-02 17:50:01 UTC

Recognizing that he holds some conservative views compromises his label as a liberal

2019-10-02 17:50:02 UTC

Tim supposedly also wears the beanie so that he can basically turn invisible when he's out in public without it

2019-10-02 17:50:10 UTC

lol

2019-10-02 17:50:26 UTC

It's part of his brand now. There is that.
