When it comes time to pay she doesn't have the funds or cant figure out how her CC works on her phone. 5 other aisles were open that were not 15 items or less also... but thanks wahman.

First humans on Mars will be men for the same reason that almost all the big name Hollywood actors who enlisted during WWII ended up doing USO tours.
You don't want inevitable deaths to demoralize the civilian population. There'll be women on Mars after men have done it successfully twice.
Oof
do you think nasa has learned yet about what happens when women go into space death and felonies
There is no reason to send humans to Mars or even into deep space at all.
and fwiw- I'm not knocking those actors. I've read accounts of a couple who really wanted to fight like any other guy, but it was made clear to them that they weren't being given a choice - same will apply to chick astronauts
#GayAstronautsForMars
lmao what are you a sexist fascist
You know it
Let's send feminists on the very first mission to Mars and make sure that we have a 24/7 feed
They're just as good as men, Neon! Better, even! I think we should give them a chance to prove it
I see says the blind man
To his deaf wife
I'll see myself out

Actors getting stuck in USO: except Jimmy Stewart- mostly because he had a pilots license. He was a commander of a squadron of B-24s in WWII and during the Cold War he was a General in USAF Reserves. When Hollywood was going hippy in the 60s he worked with SAC- for someone always bashful and stammering on screen he was pretty badass in reality.

What a baller
he was really skinny - tried to enlist in 1940 (before Pearl Harbor) was rejected multiple times for being more than 10 lbs under minimum weight reqirement- so he worked with the fitness coach at MGM to try to add weight - reminds me a little of steve rogers

It's sad how hollywood today is just full of so much human garbage.
one last thing before people get mad at me for talking about him too much: studio publicists thought talking up his bombing missions might be useful in promoting films, so he had it written into his contracts that they were not allowed to make reference to his service in the promotion of his movies
I figure Steve Rogers represented most of the children raised during the Great Depression.
I'm gonna look him up, thanks ockraz
Would that we could have more people like him instead of the people who made, say, Sausage Party
What the heck he was in Mr. Smith Goes to Washington
