My life is too sedentary to start going to the gym. None of any of my family members work out. My uncle plays basketball every few days but thats it. Ive got a few weights ill occasionally lift and stuff. Work is more important and it's taking all of my energy. I stay hydrated and get plenty of rest, and am improving my diet.
As for being sick im always sick. I cant remember when i didn't feel like this
