I've been chinked haven't I?
what item was the problem
and why you contacted them
just their automated message does not help really to see the issue you are having
thus we cant say if you did get chinked again
I posted earlier, my Benjie S5's headphone jack is starting/nearly broken
how long have you had it
but yeah if its less than year their repair warranty should be in effect
tho for headphone jack they can try to spin it for "tear and wear" clause
but avg jack should take year + worth of punishment everyday
so i doubt they try to spin it that way
gearbest generaly is really "good guy" when it comes to warranties
at least thats my experience from sending shit to them
to be honest: its probly cheaper if you just order new headphones while you send those to repairs
for device like that it might be even cheaper to go to your local hackerspace
and let them repair it
and offer beer or two to them (and make friends at same time)
by the looks of the device they replace whole device instead of resolder that jack
Well I've had it for a month and a bit. If they wanted to replace/return it I wouldn't mind because theres the other Benjie one that I had my eye on, the one with a bigger screen. tbh, I don't know of any hackerspaces here in Northamptonshire.
data frog snes controller work pretty well. they re lighter than the original and buttons dont feel as smooth. therefore they feel "cheaper" compared to real ones. all in all only minor setbacks for 5 bucks each. lets see how they hold up for a month. will post long term use results in the thread then
@dave yeah then return it and ask for that product (or credit/special code for it)
i suggest emailing them first about if its possible to do
i bet it is
Thing is, I can't find the one I want anywhere even though it's on Benjie's website like what the fuck
mint!
the one pair of chink buds i have are amazing
the monk plus
so fucking good for the price
This is new for me
That message was caused by hackers. Be careful!
Cancle and will influence my account. I'm laughing as hell
Rip your Ali account, clearly.
was there some bug in their prices
or why they send you stuch request
definetly report them
