they require lots of care
Like some faggy Pink cherry blossom
I'm willing to provide them with the care they need
@I LOVE GCD So it's a Longines Master chrono knockoff - to the point of the logo being a knockoff as well. Get a new strap and it's okay or even good if you paid less than $30. Does it say anything about the movement? I'd assume it's a Miyota Os-20. The chrono seconds tick, right?
@some0ne_ELSE 0utsider please

Could I buy a Raspberry Pi 3 on AliesExpress?
Is it so much cheaper that the risk of getting chinked is worth it?
Not really
Why not get an orange pi 🤔
Why is that one better?
From the little I know orange pi isn't better, it's worse, but cost significantly less
It's $15 cheaper
at the cost of being slightly worse with fewer distros
What distros are left out?
I think it's easier to list what it *does* have <:thonk:288060975775612929>
iirc, it has armbian and ubuntu
maybe arch linux arm
I mostly use Ubuntu anyway
I got it to work on my PC after nuking Windows 10
Sorry not sorry
I have an orange pi pc
it's OK
you have to use armbian though, they added a lot of tweaks and fixes
I'm thinking about Raspberry Pi 3 anyway
Gonna use it as a cloud probably
What do you guys use it for
NFS share, ampache host
it's really low power
I figured that out too
It has 3 USB ports + USB OTG that you can use as a device port too
Never quite got why so many people like it
it's cheaper than an rpi and doesn't hang everything off a usb hub
but software support is a bit hit and miss
It does look like it yeah
pi3 is £32, opi PC is £15
it doesnt have wifi, afaik
yeah orange pi doesn't have wifi
if you're just using it to host stuff, just connect it to the router? <:thonk:288060975775612929>
>not just throwing it in some trash-filled corner of your manchild cave
