i want to replace, doesnt seem hard...but the charging port is fucked up -- you have to wrap the cable around the device to charge

and its an issue with all moto devices

im upset with their design on the ports, they dont work

the headphone jack is on an angle and some headphones dont work with it

and the usb cable wiggles around

they havent changed their port designs since the google moto phones came out
