@Stickmakerman that's not a camera mount, it's a light mount. Meaning it's for significantly lighter weights than a full size camera. Not sure if anyone even makes an adapter from Einchrom to 1/4" screw.

@s3bbe He has a Nex-5 so unless he has a telephoto lens the arm should hold it just fine

I think you underestimate how light softboxes etc are. I don't think a chink quality light stand would hold even a nex 5 safely, and I really do know how light they are.

A chink jig / crane would hold a camera safely but if they exist at all are probably significantly more expensive.
Some German or Austrian brand made a slider with built in mini-jig. When chinks make a copy of that we have an option..
