I guess a beat up used sony rx100 (first gen) or early sony nex 5 + adapted thriftstore lenses. Or one step up above entry level nikon / canon / panasonic from after 2014

Do buy lens adapters (and caps etc), but ***NOT*** lenses from the chinks* There's two or so microbrands that make lenses but I don't think anyone here is in the market for a $800 macro lens or $2000 portrait lens
