What's it matter, GST on consumer purchases is only payable if the value+postage is > $400, or they suspect you are skirting law round it

@fedora because they are big corp and act to according some laws. it all comes to if the package was posted by individual or a company
if individual, they don't care
but if you google it, you see a lot of cases like that
