and they're all clearly stolen

I have these hangars near me which sell stuff bought in bulk from sweden. The emplyees dont know shit about electronics, so it's quite easy to buy damaged laptops and repair them for further selling.

They probably are considered waste

over here the UK charity shops need to have every piece of electronics tested by a specialist before it can be legally sold so most stuff gets binned

not worth the hassle to them to find someone who can test an old PC
