Ali often has mystery payment labels when you buy something with the credit card

2017-07-24 07:59:58 UTC

does anyone know why?

2017-07-24 08:00:08 UTC

they never write "ali express purchase" or something like that

2017-07-24 08:00:20 UTC

but always some weird chinese proxy organization

2017-07-24 08:02:40 UTC

but yeah

2017-07-24 08:02:42 UTC

on my statement

2017-07-24 08:02:47 UTC

it usually just says nothing

2017-07-24 08:03:00 UTC

undefined transaction

2017-07-24 08:06:34 UTC

hey guys, i'd really appreciate if someone could confirm or deny this

2017-07-24 08:06:50 UTC

On Aliexpress the account, after adding a card, needs to be checked manually like Paypal does with it's 2 dollar test transaction?

It's like when you sign in on a forum and the account needs to be approved by an admin?

Is this regular protocol? Could you please elaborate? I'm kinda nervous and I'd like to know everything.

2017-07-24 08:16:00 UTC

I've never had them need to do that for me

2017-07-24 08:39:23 UTC

update: it's all good. looks like it wwas a glitch in the system. spoke to the chat person and it's all good

2017-07-24 09:53:44 UTC

Is it worth chinking a router?

2017-07-24 09:54:03 UTC

Im thinking about getting a WLR 9000

2017-07-24 10:04:05 UTC

@Shrimpf Xiaomi has some, you can also get cheap Asus routers from chinks

2017-07-24 10:07:06 UTC

the Xiaomi ones have custom firmwares too last I checked

2017-07-24 10:08:08 UTC

2017-07-24 10:38:12 UTC

Is the MiWifi good to store movies on and play?

2017-07-24 10:38:41 UTC

2017-07-24 10:39:17 UTC

jesus is there anything Xiaomi wont make

2017-07-24 10:40:10 UTC

they don't even make half this stuff, they incubate small chinese companies, help them get to market, slap the xiaomi name on their thing and take a cut

2017-07-24 10:41:08 UTC

that's a smart strategy

2017-07-24 10:41:17 UTC

considering how Xiaomi has a solid reputation for quality

2017-07-24 10:42:47 UTC

and let's be honest
