Depends what you are look for in a laptop but I think it's still a very good option

I have a t430 and a 11e chromebook with galliumos installed and most of the time I prefer the 11e, it's slower but lighter and the battery lasts a lot longer

Yes if you change the bios and flash a real operating system but it's an 11 inch screen (1366x768) so you might not like it
