2017-08-31 10:05:19 UTC

I'm in dire need of some help.
I've decided to look for a mechanical keyboard. I took a look at the Infographic, but they're all ANSI. No ISO Keyboards. Does anyone have any ISO keyboards I can check out? 60% is prefered.

2017-08-31 10:46:20 UTC

I'm apparently retarded and can't use my eyes. There are a couple of ISO Enter, but not any 60%. Still looking for 60% model recommendations.

2017-08-31 10:46:57 UTC

@Adam W found one

2017-08-31 10:47:01 UTC

the Elephone Eleenter or something

2017-08-31 10:47:13 UTC

Just figured out the ISO Enter is not Nordic, god damnit. This is not my best of luck.

2017-08-31 10:47:16 UTC

Will check it out.

2017-08-31 10:48:09 UTC

if you need Nordic the only one I know if is the Pok3r and it's not cheap

2017-08-31 10:48:13 UTC

they do a nordic version

2017-08-31 10:48:33 UTC

I see.

2017-08-31 10:48:37 UTC

Thanks.

2017-08-31 10:48:46 UTC

tfw you can't enter in different languages

2017-08-31 10:49:21 UTC

Well, I need to be able to use special nordic characters for school assignments. Otherwise I would've been like "fuck it".

2017-08-31 10:51:33 UTC

why does iso exist

2017-08-31 10:51:42 UTC

and using another layout makes you unable to use them?

2017-08-31 10:52:02 UTC

just map your keyboard differently?

2017-08-31 10:52:04 UTC

Yes. They are special keys.

2017-08-31 10:52:37 UTC

I guess one could.

2017-08-31 10:52:55 UTC

just don't get iso

2017-08-31 10:53:05 UTC

theres only a handful of chink iso boards

2017-08-31 10:53:35 UTC

tada69 diy is the only one i can think of and you have to make it yourself

2017-08-31 10:54:13 UTC

print your own pcb

2017-08-31 10:56:09 UTC

I see.

2017-08-31 10:56:19 UTC

Printing your own pcb is way overkill.

2017-08-31 10:57:48 UTC

Maybe I should just buy an ANSI instead.

2017-08-31 10:58:23 UTC

I'll just have to check out if the amount of keys on each row matches up.

2017-08-31 10:59:04 UTC

no it doesnt

2017-08-31 10:59:12 UTC

it is one key less afaik

2017-08-31 11:02:14 UTC

>Printing your own pcb is way overkill
weakling

2017-08-31 11:04:44 UTC

Yes.

2017-08-31 11:04:57 UTC

Oh okay @JHWH . That's unfortunate.

2017-08-31 11:19:09 UTC

pringing pcb's is pretty easy tho

2017-08-31 11:20:15 UTC

i did it in yr 9

2017-08-31 11:20:22 UTC

its a pain i think

2017-08-31 11:20:38 UTC
