yeah the best ones at least for 140mm are noctuas and noiseblockers

you can either choose to have quiet .. or static pressure

thats sadly the deal with the fans currently

even the industrial noctuas which aren't build for noise/silence at all still perform the best if you measure fan CFM at a max of 30 dbA
