i haven't seen that many specific fans better than noctuas

there are exceptions like noiseblocker e-loops

but those are $30 each

corsairs fans are in my opinion better than noctues (Corsair air series)

then there is Be Quiet what is superior when it comes to noise (not even joking)

hell i think thermaltakes RIINGs are ugly but still better than noctuas

and the default fans are extremely loud @ performance mode

sadly for proper HDDs there is no option

i don't have to be at performance mode but it is extremely loud past 1500rpm

yeah prepackaged stuff is usualy pretty awfull

also heatsinks those thin metal panes change the airflow and at worst cases make it even worse
