In the private messages, he stated as long as you provide the image to use, he can make it.

However, once I have made the order, he demanded another USD$10 to make the order, which is deceptive, as he never stated in conversation or in the listing itself.

I am very disappointed in this seller's actions, as I have had a positive experience with the marketplace overall, but this is simply poor behaviour that shouldn't be tolerated.

I want to give two choices.

1: Make the mousemat as per request with no demand for additional funds\
2: Suspend the seller storefront.
