It's a really ancient knife set
my parents used it for 12 years and never sharpened them
but they are pretty expensive WMF knives
so I want to try to restore with the 240
ahh that explains
they wanted to throw them away and I interjected and took them to my home instead
the edge is basically a flat area
also I expect the chink stones to be softer
240 but probably shit quality, soft and will wear off fast
thats still decent looking tho

yeah you should feel it quite fast if it needs 240 or if its only making it worse
also our kitchen had couple of arcos knives.. id say they are great as long as you avoid em
the steel is nice and well made+ takes darn good edge
but their handles give tiny tiny plastic splinters all over your hands after a while
i plan buying one of those and refitting wooden handle to it

POM handles are just shit
there proper model picture even
