Hello! Thank you for your message and purchase. We are very sorry that you didn't receive package. Really sorry about that, caused, we did send the package to your address that was shown on the purchase page. We just simply printed it out and glued it on the package. However, to our knowledge, the express agent will attached 1 new address label with barcode on package for their scanning and fee calculating. So, we guess they may print a wrong address or a correct address but missed something. We guess that's why the problem occur, we still check and ask the express agent why.
Please kindly leave us 2 days for checking(We will feedback to you within 2 days). If we confirm that the address label was printed wrong, we will promptly send you 1 package again with new tracking and of course change another express agent.
