if you're looking for a first, throw out any suggestions that don't have hotswap switches. you'll save a fuckton of time and effort soldering different switches, and a fuckton of money since loose switches are cheap
if you arent in a huge rush, massdrop often seems to have some oddly specific layouts at decent price
also tkl is a great size, and lets you get a numpad later if you decide you miss it. It also lets you move the numpad to the left, which is comfy af
i love this cute ass tranny keybaord
ok thats really too fucking gay
but yeah you dont realise how much you use f keys until u get 60%
nah son sakura is fuckin cute
yeah don't start with 60%, no matter how many cases you want to try
60% is an alright 2nd keyboard
but get either fullsize, 98, or TKL for your first
99% its gonna be fullsize feels weird not having numpad
prob wrong opinion but ye
nah u cant really go wrong w fullsize
i was never a numpad user mostly used laptops growing up so
nah it's fine to go fullsize
the thing that limits me is that i am gonna order from gearbest because they seem to be the only site that uses paypal without having to go trough other stuff
I just strongly prefer my numpad on the left for more mouse space
in the past ive used fasttech with paypal no issues
they also seem to offer free shipping and returning custom fees to us
60% 4 lyfe
o kist perfer it now
i just perfer it now
theres a few games where id like to have f keys
osrs/league
oh loo
lol
I bind media controls to f keys
i mostly just play cs go so it doesn't matter
mm
i think also the novelty of a cute keeb is wearing off
lol
i mostly like blank key caps lol
if you're looking to buy off gearbest, try https://www.gearbest.com/keyboards/pp_367935.html?wid=1433363
the backlighting is gonna suck shit
but you can turn that off
and it looks like they might have some freak-ass on-keyboard lighting tool
if you want a 60% just get a anne pro lol
Save an extra $20.41 for using the App
shit thats a good deal
anne pro is a fuckin great starter if you don't use function or numpad
I actually got a friend into keyboards with the anne pro
