2018-07-28 23:55:03 UTC

Probably look into that this evening

2018-07-28 23:55:24 UTC

So couple bucks more from GearBest but I get a warranty, right?

2018-07-28 23:57:28 UTC

Oh, bugger, hope my new card arrives in time for the sale, I THINK it adds more warranty than the other few

2018-07-28 23:57:29 UTC

I guess

2018-07-28 23:57:58 UTC

wdym card?

2018-07-28 23:58:17 UTC

New credit card, signed up last night

2018-07-28 23:58:57 UTC

I don't remember which one's add warranty and which don't.

2018-07-28 23:59:16 UTC

I mean I doubt it will break down that easily

2018-07-28 23:59:42 UTC

nice thing of buying chinkphones aswell is that you can replace it every 2-3 years without it costing too much unlike flagships

2018-07-28 23:59:58 UTC

Yeah, but I'd spend a few bucks on an extended warranty to mean I'm covered for those full 2-3 years

2018-07-29 00:01:24 UTC

So no warranty Ali $180 vs 1 year GearBest $190, worth. 1 year GearBest vs 2-3 if I just check which card to use, worth.

2018-07-29 00:02:02 UTC

don't know how credit cards work tbh

2018-07-29 00:02:12 UTC

US or elsewhere?

2018-07-29 00:02:13 UTC

don't need them in europe really

2018-07-29 00:02:19 UTC

Ah

2018-07-29 00:03:20 UTC

Credit score is a big thing here for any money lending stuff, so it's worth using one regardless, but you're more covered if your card gets stolen/cloned if you're in credit instead of debit here

2018-07-29 00:03:45 UTC

it's a weird system tbh
