@bentech e-tools are shit at everything. They can do everything but they suck at it. If you are carrying 30 pounds of ammo, radios and other equipment an E-tool is worth it if you need to dig in an emergency, if you are faffing about the woods and want to dig a hole larger than a foot or so deep by wide then 10 pounds of hachet or machete, shovel and mattock wrapped in a tarp are much more useful than 3 pounds of hot shit.
