Which bs?
The promised land
I got a xiaomi rice cooker for 71 $
Pressure?
Yes I think
Mija quartz is sold out
I really wanted one
>buy a used yet perfectly functioning rice cooker for 10 USD
Nah, pressure cookers cook rice a lot faster and can be used as a combination cooker for things like stews. Expensive for the upper end ones anyway
Yes it has a dedicated "Japanese curry" programme
Kek
And you can load recipes on it that contain a frequency of commands to cook a certain dish automatically, if I understood it correctly
I'll report when I'm back home in 3 weeks
Probably i will get a bit of rice later to see if it's defective
Yes there's a remote control android app
Honestly would be really neat to connect it with the mi fit and use it as a personal diet tracker and to connect it with a mi app to use to plan meals by making grocey lists for the week.

I guess that's my new programming project
Hook it up to your local grocery store's website too so it can make suggestions based on what is on discount
Tho most grocery store websites tend to be trainwrecks.
yeah good luck trying to find a grocery store with a decent web developer
I can do that
Work around it or make a new website for free
Coop@home is a local grocery delivery and they have an Oauth rest api for automatic orders
So according to my daily energy output calculated via watch, I can order food at coop@home and then let it cook by the rice cooker
doubt the xiaomi rice cooker is that good
korean and japanese are better
xiaomeme house cooker
@crackedpepper my gf (Taiwanese) forced me to buy it after she read some reviews about the curry function
Someday there will be star trek transporters
I don't know, I'll tell you after I eat the curry
