@porco suprise suprise its quite even flow (and does not have that 50hz flicker either noticeable at least)
i dont have lux meter on me at this apartment but id estimate from wall draw and brightness thats its quite darn close to 100w total

@Tervy if you get a chink tachometer and point it at a light, you can measure the frequency
just divide by 60
im pretty sure the thing is 50hz
not very useful but still a neat thing you can do
as its strapped directly to wall
and local grid is 230v50hz
i would think your phone compensates for 50hz
most camera's try to detect 50/60hz flicker and synchronize the shutter afaik
