So I was going to buy some foam tips and the outer diameter of my headphones is 5mm while the inner diameter of the little notch thing is 3mm.
Am I supposed to get the 5mm ones? All the infographics show to measure the outer diameter but I'm afraid they'll slip off.

you can fit 3mm for 5mm if there is any quality to the material used,if not it does not matter because you should buy something else in first place

go to h&m or some other basic clothing store and grab some plain tshirts for 5-6 euros each

if there is 4mm option,i d go for that but even 5mm should be fine,in worst case you can help it with some sort of material,maybe even glue
