you remove the shielding and external sheath
so you get an insanely light cable
thats what i did for my g102

Braided cables do suck though
But if you can go parwcord

I have a VIOFO A119 (not the S model), love it
@z3rk I have a screen protector that I used to see dots on. They go away, I have no idea what causes them because I couldn't see them, then noticed them like a month in, and now I don't see them at all
That might be it, I only saw them in the winter so it might be temperature as well
audio only btw
That'd also be humidity. If the temperature of the phone is drastically different from the ambient temperature, condensation will occur
So if it happens right after walking out of your warm house into below-freezing weather, it's a humidity thing
Those 3.5mm mics are always trash but you can try, it'll at least work
trash?
y tho
Because it's a .69 cent mic
what are you expecting
decent quality?
how the hell do they even made a 69 cent mic anyway
>sunyou economic mail
isn't that the meme shipping company that never gets your products delievered to you
Honestly? Stick a phone in a front pocket
tbh
Like a front shirt pocket
Those mics are decent, you wont get supreme audio quality but they are clear and audible
They're cheap because they are just the capsule and some wires, nothing really fancy
what's a better quality mic then
something that's more unidirectional that will only pick up my voice, I could go for a throat mic setup but I heard they are not as good, conduction mics I think they are called
