Ruth Bader GInsburg is basically a second wave feminist hippie liberal that made her way onto the supreme court... She has kept everyone happy by repeating whatever far-left dogma gets shoved in front of her. She's like the progressive's pope.

And yeah, she's like 95 years old with cancer... Any day now.

SCJ serve for life because not having to worry about elections/appointments leaves them free to focus 100% on the best interpretation of the law.

While she leans liberal, she hasn't undermined all of Western Society so a lot of the actual hate she gets is unjustified.
