@Tee CA That actually wasn't the case during the Islamic occupation of Iberia. They regarded Christians and Jews as fellow "people of the book" and allowed them to keep their religion as long as they also submitted to Muslim rule. They weren't terribly repressive in that regard, at least not during that time. Still, Spain was Christian land first and Muslims can fuck off.
