>10k years

2019-07-26 01:51:42 UTC

Well, if you say so

2019-07-26 01:51:47 UTC

Life has been around for billions

2019-07-26 01:51:48 UTC

We'll see

2019-07-26 01:51:53 UTC

Life, sure

2019-07-26 01:51:58 UTC

Only we have gotten to this level

2019-07-26 01:52:01 UTC

For how long were humans around?

2019-07-26 01:52:06 UTC

Longer than 10k

2019-07-26 01:52:09 UTC

And its not doing good for us

2019-07-26 02:23:00 UTC

That wouldn't make sense, that's so much not how evolution works

2019-07-26 02:23:10 UTC

The specie won't create a bottleneck itself

2019-07-26 02:23:14 UTC

It wouldn't make any sense

2019-07-26 02:23:49 UTC

I thought society was so guys would get their dicks sucked

2019-07-26 02:24:07 UTC

And certain People stay on top

It's because of the abrasives in the ocean and from other places.

2019-07-26 19:46:22 UTC

Water just creates the pressure for things like salt to carve through it.

2019-07-26 19:46:26 UTC

Rekt.

2019-07-26 21:42:12 UTC

I tell you goys, the climate change is a spook

2019-07-26 22:02:48 UTC

man that mathis guy was schizo has heck

2019-07-26 22:03:42 UTC

doesnt matter if climate change is real or not we will develop yhe tech to reverse it easily within or lifetimes if it is

2019-07-26 22:03:56 UTC

yeah right

2019-07-26 22:04:32 UTC

we have the tech right now to do so but some mamby pamby scientist start screaming about "if we start we can never stop" when you bring it up

2019-07-26 22:04:48 UTC

What an amazing case of wisgful thinking

2019-07-26 22:04:50 UTC

this idea that technological ability is infinite and always good is just a new age religion that more full of shit than any thats come before

2019-07-26 22:05:19 UTC

inb4 fusion

2019-07-26 22:05:31 UTC

First thing, yeah, when we unleash the chain reaction we won't be able to stop it anyway

2019-07-26 22:05:33 UTC

when we develop fusion reactors we will have so much almost free electricity that we could literally suck co2 out of the air and convert it back to a hydrocarbon at a profit

2019-07-26 22:05:44 UTC

Reversing what we done till now is hella hard

2019-07-26 22:05:52 UTC

we have been a few years away from fusion for the last 20 years

2019-07-26 22:06:01 UTC

And would require us reforestating vast areas of our planet

2019-07-26 22:06:01 UTC

incorrect

2019-07-26 22:06:06 UTC

a common misconception

2019-07-26 22:06:31 UTC

High IQ is not beneficial to the modern human and as a result those kinds of people are dying out

2019-07-26 22:06:43 UTC

this global society is on its way out

2019-07-26 22:06:57 UTC

and with the extent we used fossil fuels

2019-07-26 22:07:06 UTC

its likely we will never rise to this level again

2019-07-26 22:07:11 UTC

and thats a good thing!

2019-07-26 22:07:38 UTC

people have always assumed we would make as rapid progress with fusion as we did fission so there has always been a lot of "forever the tech of tomorrow" talk from nay sayers but they are building the first reactor in 2040, the plans are already officially underway.

2019-07-26 22:07:46 UTC

Society will rebuild anyway
It's just that it will have to rebuild itself in a literal Mad Max world
