They would have a hell of a time invading, but they would have been beaten so badly in European theatre they would have withdrew

Britain could be swept up, but crossing the Atlantic and Pacific would be quite the challenge.

Germany would have to seize the British navy, or put the British tooled shipyards to work building basically an entirely new navy with carriers to land on American/Canadian shores.

But that was in the event of American invasion in the 20's.

The plan for that was to occupy a bunch of border cities and wait for the Commonwealth.

Nowadays, the plan is to just put most military assets in Ontario and wait for international aid.
