@Captain Kirk JT Make a trial staff role for people who are trying to join staff. My server does that for both Cleaningcrew our lowest role and for Mod positions. That way we can see how the person acts before they have full permissions for the role they are trying out for. Then we have role they want and above vote on it. If no one objects with a valid reason and evidence to back it up they get it. If there is an objection then admins look at it and we vote on it if one admin says no they are out till they either prove they have changed or we remove them. Depends on how bad it is tho TBH
