This joke recently became somewhat of a meme. In Seattle, Social Justice Warriors and Black Lives Matter were infuriated that the city wanted to construct a new police station. Furthermore, the interviewed a white male to get his opinion, and didn't interview anyone from BLM.

A Black Lives Matter protester [Zarna Joshi] confronted the man after the interview, and asked to know his name. The man replied "Hugh Mungus". Ms [Joshi] then proceeded to claim that this was somehow harassment, and demanded the police be called. When officers arrived, she refused to speak to them.

[Zarna] recorded a video of the event, which can be found by simply searching "Hugh Mungus" into YouTube.
