I rucked 3.3 miles with the assault pack
wasnt bad, straps were digging into my shoulders half way through, tried using the waist strap but didnt seem to do much, probably didnt use it correctly

Joints get stronger from the muscles around them growing, in a sense. Make the muscles stronger/bigger, and the cartilage increases with it
Sit in a chair
Extend your legs all the way out then lower them till your heels touch the ground
Hit your knee with the biggest fucking hammer you have
I like to strengthen my legs by bashing my shins and knees into hard objects like a concrete retaining wall or a signpost
