I want to get some comtacs, but are they that much better? I've just been testing these by cycling the bolt on my 10/22 and they work great.

Comtacs are the standard when it comes to comms compatibility, but I prefer the sound quality on my sordins. That said, if I could do it all again, I'd probably just go with comtacs and save what I spent.

I thought Amps were the only better option.

AMPs tend to be better quality in all regards. They just have a price tag to reflect that and they're fairly new on the market, so practically no one is reselling them at the moment.

I've been sitting on this cart for months. Probably will pull the trigger on it once I land this job for certain.
